Chef Robyn Debay is a dedicated culinary professional whose journey is shaped as much by her life outside the kitchen as it is within it. As a young mother of two, she carries a quiet strength—balancing family, passion, and craft with remarkable grace. That same care and intention are reflected in everything she creates.
Working alongside Chef Ivan Chan, Chef Robyn brings a sense of calm precision to the kitchen. Her approach to pastry is elegant and sincere, focusing on balance, texture, and subtlety rather than excess. Each dessert is thoughtfully composed, not only to stand on its own, but to complete the story of the menu.
Her presence has been felt across some of our most meaningful and high-profile occasions, including the Nova Scotia Olympians Appreciation Dinner, the Autism Nova Scotia Best of Local Banquet, the Bedford Skin Clinic L’Oréal Launch Reception, and our Annual Chinese New Year Celebration dinners.
